Here's how Lockerz MIGHT do it:
They generate a random PTZ Number.
EX: They announce:
24959 - The members who have this many ptz or the closest to it will be invited to the redemption! (Legit members first priority)
Aces: WOOT! I have that many PTZ! I'm INVITED! SEE Y'ALL IN HELL CHEETAS!
OR
FIRST TO SPEND $24 IN SHOP STARTING.... NOW Get in the redemption!
OR
The 24 LAB Members are the one's in the redemption.
OR
Watch 24 PAGES OF VIDEOS TONIGHT!
OR
WATCH ALL VIDEOS!
OR
Go out with Kathy and get a redemption (JK)
OR
post whatever theory you got!

Invites lockerz, really? The one most common reason they accuse us of cheating is now gonna get us into a "vip redemption"... **** that ****, not worth it

Invites are for 12 spots in the redemption.
I think the other 12 are for watching the most videos in PLAY in a 6 hour time frame
