If Lockerz isn't letting many international members watch the videos on PLAY, Lockerz said that it's the fastest way to get PTZ, especially if you're a Z-Lister, then USA is going to win. So far I've only seen 1 person from the International Team that could watch the videos on PLAY from Canada.

International here, can't view them either though.
EDIT: Confirmed the videos are for US only. I just enabled my proxy that is located in US (Texas), and the videos loaded right away. Swapped to proxy in Germany, videos didn't load.
